Overnight Oats with CBD Recipe

On the days where we wake up later than usual, eating a nice full breakfast is the last thing on our mind. We’re in such a rush we don’t even have time to drink our coffee in the morning. Don’t stress! We have the perfect recipe for those mornings. An easy overnight oatmeal recipe with CBD.

This is a meal you can make the night before, then wake up, add a few toppings and you’re ready for the day! Oatmeal is not only super filling but it has great benefits. It eases constipation, lowers blood sugar levels, promotes healthy bacteria in your gut and provides antioxidants. Add some CBD and you’re getting the most out of your meal.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ReThink’s CBD Oil Tincture

Toppings

  • Frozen blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Sliced almonds
  • Chocolate chips
  • Cinnamon
  • Maple Syrup
Nutritious Overnight Oats With Cbd 1

In a mason jar or small tupperware, add oats, milk, chia seeds and about 4-6 drops of ReThink’s Tincture Oil. Mix it all together. Close tightly and store in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.

Top with frozen blueberries, strawberries, sliced almonds, chocolate chips, cinnamon and maple syrup on top and enjoy! Feel free to substitute toppings or add anything else you like.
