SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are enjoying our ReThink products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. At this moment, we do not accept exchanges.

We promise to offer products that are not only effective, but affordable and of high quality. With so much uncertainty in the CBD industry, we seek to be pioneers in fostering transparency within our manufacturing processes and ingredient formulations. While we are confident in our products and their efficacy, we acknowledge that we are all unique and react differently to CBD. This is why we promise you that if you are not 100% satisfied with your ReThink purchase, you can return your products for a full refund. With ReThink, you can trust that we will always have your back.

RETURNS

All returns must be requested within thirty (60) days of the purchase date and accompanied by proof of purchase / receipt. All returned items must be unfinished (not be more than 50% used or empty), include the original product container, and with all original labels attached. Finished/completely used/empty products and containers are not acceptable as returns for refunds. We do not cover return shipping costs.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an unfinished item, please contact customer service at [email protected], or visit our contact page to request a refund. You will be issued an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number for your return, that you will need to use as part of your return shipping label (see below for example). After receiving refund approval, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and evaluating the concern/condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your card statement, depending on your card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at 1-888-746-8223 to arrange a refund and return label. We will need these products to be sent back to us for quality assurance, but we will cover the shipping cost. use the address below to send us the products.
