Pumpkin Spice Energy Balls
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup of your favorite nut butter
- 1 cup of oats
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of pumpkin spice
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- ½ cup of chocolate chips
- 2 full droppers of CBD
- ½ tsp of chia
- ½ tsp of flax seeds
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to a large bowl
- Mix well
- Form dough into small balls
- Store in airtight container for up to 5 days & enjoy!
Fall Season Oat Bars
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of pitted dates
- 1 cup of your favorite nut butter
- 1/3 cup of cacao powder
- 1/3 shredded coconut
- 2 full droppers of CBD
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of nutmeg
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1 tsp of salt
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processer
- Once a dough is formed, place in a shallow dish lined with baking paper
- Pat down until even
- Store in the fridge for an hour
- Cut into bars, serve, & enjoy
