Here is an awesome CBD fruity smoothie recipe that you can use for a quick morning breakfast that acts as the perfect fuel for the day. It’s fully vegan, gluten free, and totally delicious. You can prep all of these ingredients in a sealable bag beforehand, store it in the freezer, and just pop it in the blender with some plant milk, CBD, and nut butter in the morning. You’ll be ready to go in no time.

1 Serving of ReThink’s Immune Supporting CBD Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

½ cup of water

½ cup of a plant milk of your choice (we prefer oat milk )
1 tbsp of nut butter (we love almond butter)
1 tsp of hemp seeds
1 tsp of maca powder
1bsp of pea protein powder (optional)
1 dropper full of ReThink’s 500mg CBD oil tincture
1 tbsp of agave
1 handful of spinach
½ a banana
1 handful of blueberries

Instructions:

Start by adding ice (optional), blueberries, banana and spinach, then milk/water, and the rest to a blender. Blend until creamy and well combined.
