For a quick breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up, blend: a handful of strawberries, half a handful of blueberries, and half a handful of raspberries, 1 cup of plant milk (soy is best for exra protein), a teaspoon of chia seeds, a dropper full of CBD oil, some ice and a dash of agave. For extra healthy fats and to make it more filling, add in a heaping tablespoon of nut butter (optional).
CBD Choco Energy Balls
These are small, but so dense and jam packed with nutrients. Just 2 of these for your afternoon snack and you’ll slay the day away! This recipe makes about 12 medium energy balls, so you can enjoy them throughout the week.
In a food processor blend:
1 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup of cashews
1/4 cup of cacao powder
2 tablespoons of dark chocolate
1 cup of dates
2 dropper fulls of CBD oil

Superfood & CBD granola
Another snack prep recipe coming your way. This recipe should make a jar full for a full week of granola loving. Packed with fiber, protein, healthy fats, and carbs, you’ll never miss a superfood.
To a baking tray add: a cup of rolled oats, 1/4 cup of shaved almonds, 1/4 cup of quinoa, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup of hemp and chia seeds, 1/4 cup of cranberries and drizzle a mix of maple syrup, 3 dropper fulls of CBD, cinnamon, salt, and nut butter (made to your liking of sweetness and creaminess).
Mix it all with your hands and bake on 300 for 10 minutes to bring out the flavors and form little clusters of yummy goodness.
During the week you can snack on it like trail mix, add it to some plant yogurt, or top it on some fruit salad.
